Waste of time
Once 2 months went by the atbs person assigned to me stopped calling for a monthly check up. They didn't really look at pay statements properly and get a good report on the trucks numbers. And now I am trying to get data for which I paid for on last years taxes and it's all gone.

I was with this organization for many years. At one point, many years ago, I had a competent representative who was very helpful. I grew tired of the constant delays (one year they didn't get my taxes done until OCTOBER!) and changed to a different company. Man, it is great when you are taken care of. Which ATBS does NOT do. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

I've been with ATBS as an Owner Operator since January 2017. I've never had a problem with them and they've always been excellent! Stacey does my taxes, and the Accounts/ Managers do follow ups. I can't imagine using anyone else. Additional info: They've switched to a digital tax workbook that no longer involves pen and ink! It didn't take me 30 minutes to do and submit. Great new way to your simplified taxes!

Very displeased with what the portal can do. We were explained that we can track all of our expenses and income in a easy way. The only thing it allows you to do is scan in receipts or invoices. I really don't have time for that. And then you wait for days for it to process. Not useful in my opinion in any way. Ask for a virtual viewing of what the program can do. If we have seen what it does, we would have said no way! Five months of subscription just went down the drain. Waste of money.

We agreed to file an extension for 2023 Taxes with completion Oct 2024. It is now 7+ calls later, Feb 2025 and we are losing financing on our Freightliner because we can not get our 2023 Taxes, we can not get a call on an estimated date of completion. The $1400.00 fee for 2023 accounting and tax preparation was paid but not only are we delinquent but ATBS stands in the way of our company's capital flow. The TAX Organizer, once this is filled out, it acts like Turbo Tax and I would have completed the companies taxes. Short of trying to find a Corporate contact number, I have nothing good to say about an Accounting firm that burdens the company that pay them. Ok... back to researching to get up the ladder to someone that can give me answers.

I’m a truck driver owner operator and I’ve been working with ATBS for a couple of years now and I’m very happy I took the leap to let them handle all my tax needs for my business, I wish I had acquired their service since day one, but now that they’re taking care of that, I’m less stressed out when gathering all my paperwork and receipts because they will basically organize them for me, the ATBS app they have is also extremely easy to use. I highly recommend you give them a try!

They are not the best tax service to use. I had to switch to another tax service. The APP was helpful but actually talking to someone who is qualified is a joke. I used there service for my trucking company for 5 months and they had a few issues. I wouldn’t recommend them. DONT have them do your taxes. They lied to the IRS, even after providing the exact amount of information I provided. I had them fill out my previous tax year and took them 6 months to figure it out… NEVER AGAIN.
