Hello, I wanted to write my experience with this place, this was my first time with them. I came in with my paperwork in hand, and of course only by appointment. I genuinely felt unwanted and humiliated by both owners, which could’ve been avoided with a small response of no. I walked in and sat down to get into the business I came for, well they started asking me a personal question which was nothing new. However, as a college student, I came in with the possibility of filing for taxes but they refused to look into the paperwork or take a glance at their computer screen. They started to ask me even more personal questions, which I thought were too much to ask especially meeting someone for the first time. Why did I choose the college I attended rather than a higher university, I felt humiliated to hear my education choice was being degraded and criticized. I felt embarrassed to hear “ fix your attitude” from someone I just met, keep in mind I didn’t get the chance to speak or ask questions on what I came in for. I was not helped nor supported, I would’ve appreciated at least different options. I would not recommend coming here to anyone, we are here for business not to get into someone's personal life or the decisions they have chosen.

En mi experiencia Ascencio no hase muy bien los taxes. No me ayudo todo el tiempo tengo que pagar. Este año fui con otra persona y el me arreglo los taxes atrasados y me van a regresar dinero. Y hasta me cobro menos. A nadie le gusta perder dinero...

Este es el lugar más honesto y honrado que conozco. Ofrecen servicios de notarios, impuestos (taxes) y hasta ayudas con llenar todo otro tipo de formas. Por una fracción de lo que uno le paga a un abogado ellos le ayudan a llenar las mismas formas.

Siempre muy buenas experiencias con expertos como ellos nuestra comunidad está prosperando y salimos adelante. Dios me los bendiga siempre!
