Tracy is an AMAZING woman and professional at her trade. She is a great listener and is able to help people better communicate with clarity and understanding as she is a master at dissecting situations.

Tracey was absolutely awesome. She was able to explain things and keep things rolling even though a 2 hour mediation turned into a 4 hour mediation. These are never good situations, but Tracy was able to bring everyone together and come to a resolution. Amen - Thank you, this was my first mediation experience and if I had to do it again, I would come back to Arthur Mediation Services!

Tracy was professional, thorough, and very detailed. She did a great job keeping everyone on track and focused on the issue at hand. She also brought up things I never even thought of that was very helpful in getting us a fair settlement.

I am familiar with Ms. Arthur as a co-mediator in divorce and co-parenting cases. I have found her to be compassionate, attentive, and fair to both parties; while also professional, efficient, and impartial. I especially appreciate her written communication style: she provides an appropriate number of regular updates and reminders, without coming across as aggressive or pushy.

Bad experience. Three hours before mediation she cancelled it because all 14 people had not signed an agreement that she had sent the day before via DOC Hub. The facts are: the attorney never received it, 2 people had issues with signing and emailed her the day she sent it several times and she did not respond, two people had it go to spam, two people never got it. We could have signed it at the mediation. She said she would not reschedule and she refused to answer her phone or respond to emails. We had already paid her $160 and went through 1 hour of mediation over zoom.
