When I saw the one star review, I was surprised as my experience with Arnie was quite different. He was professional, timely and most of all fair to both parties. My divorce wasn't exactly a "cake walk". Arnie maneuvered through the many issues that needed resolved with ease and logic. I would highly recommend Arnie for a quality experienced Mediator.

Me and my wife are trying to keep our divorce amicable and we tried to do as much as possible ourselves. The local courts declined our agreements as being unenforceable and we needed professional help. Mr. Swartz came up in favorable terms from two seperate contacts.
We found him to be fair and very calming. His document preparation was quick and concise. I feel we saved over $8000 in time and fees. I, as well will highly recommend him.
As an aside, I would disregard any one star rating that brings anatomy into discussion as inappropriate. Arnie has earned five stars in my experience.

Had a very negative experience with Mr. Swartz as mediator. He was very biased against me as a man. Treated me as if he was a little afraid of me. At one point, I asked to speak with him alone prior to one of our scheduled mediations. He declined and said it was not his practice to do that. However, when I came in for a mediation weeks later, he was in the office with my daughter's mother talking with her privately. It was indicative of his favoritism. The process was negative for me and I did not feel heard at all. One father's perspective.

Predisposition to any human being with a uterus, father's are simply unfit parents and will be battered by this LCSW. Fast, not overly dramatic, but will argue for one side every time.
