Jim has always handled my legal matters professionally. While our business has mostly been in the realm of some real estate matters (I as a landlord or personal property owner), over the course of time he has proven more than capable and reliable in other areas of the law when I needed the advice or services of an attorney - never in the criminal defense arena, mostly financial scenarios. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed an attorney again, but alas, I don't live in Ohio anymore. After working with the Arnold Law firm for 3 months, I am no closer to getting things resolved with my COA. I have requested in writing on several occasions balance sheets, income statements, accounts receivable lists and arrearage sheets, bank statements, executed contracts, including insurance information, unit owners names and addresses, board meeting minutes or special meeting minutes for the last three years. When the Condo association started pulling the same old stuff, I wanted to file a law suit. Each time I was told I don't want to do that. I actually do want to do that. I am looking elsewhere for legal help.

I don't want you all to fall for the same thing I did. Please do your research before determining your attorney.

An attorney shouldn't be asking his client the day of court "what is this case about again". Next thing you know you're in jail.

I admit I did wrong and I own my mistakes. In fact it has made me who I am today, but some would call Arnold a fraud and an ambulance chaser. There're better attorneys, no doubt.

Please consider your options before believing this guy. He's expensive and doesn't actually care about you. Thanks for nothing Arnold, btw when in jail thanks for calling and checking up (not) and thanks for having my best interests (not).

Never apologized for not keeping up with my case, never offered reimbursement for not doing your job.

It's like having a car mechanic say he or she is doing an oil change but just doesn't and sends you on your way. You should really be ashamed of yourself Arnold.

If you had done your job and the results were the same then that would be just fine. I think he said a total of maybe 17 words before I was in cuffs.
