I called this company to see if they would take my case. They said they could do A complementary initial consultation. We set up an appointment for 3 o’clock at 3:15. I called them to see if If I had the right time. She said that the attorney was on the phone and would call me when he was done. Finally at 4:30 I called again. The secretary said, “He just briefly reviewed the case and can’t take it.”
( I gave them the case number before I set up consultation.)
I politely told the secretary it would’ve been nice to let me know even when she told me the first time he would call me back. I also politely told her I am glad I know how the company proceeds as I wouldn’t want to do business with them. She said, “Likewise.”
I am not from Arkansas, but hope that this is not a tradition of the state.

At 73 I wanted to hire an attorney to set up my home in a trust and to have my last will and testament done professionally for my children. I went to the free consultation at the office of two other firms. The fee I was quoted by each one was way more than I could afford on Social Security income. Finding AR Law firm was an answered prayer. Dustin Duke and his team not only provided the trust , will, POA for my Health Decisions and POA for Financial … I received the originals in a binder that I now have ready along with my funeral pre planning documents all in one place. It has given me peace of mind to know how easy it will be for my children to handle my wishes immediately after I’m gone. With a trust they will Not have to wait the 6 months or more waiting on probate court. The fee that I was charged by AR Law was only one third of what I had been quoted by 2 other firms. Professional and reasonable fees . I would recommend anyone wanting to get their final affairs in order and have it done professionally to call Dustin Duke at AR Law. I am forever thankful that I found him.

Amanda called me back and the first thing she did was downplay my case when there was a law broken. She didn’t request documents nor put me in contact with the attorney that handles these matters. Don’t waste your time. They’re looking for “cupcake” legal issues to make quick, easy money.
