Quick and Fast when you get here when they open up. Their office hours are on Daylight Savings Time, during the months it is observed. Most of the issues here come from technology. Like this morning. ‍♂️ Just have some patience.

Convenient location to update new address, DL and permit testing for 15.5 yr old teens. Vehicle plates have to mailed to you. Restrooms open. Only 2 workers.

My experience at the Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division was like a trek through a sandstorm. The long lines and slow service were like being lost in a desert, with no end in sight.

To make matters worse, sand was everywhere. It was like a relentless storm, with sand covering the floors and sticking to my skin. It was like a sand trap that I couldn't escape from, making my experience not only unpleasant but also potentially dangerous to my health.

The staff tried their best, but it was like they were fighting a losing battle against the sand. It was like trying to dig a car out of quicksand with a spoon, a futile and exhausting endeavor.

Overall, while I appreciate the efforts of the staff, the overwhelming presence of sand and the long wait times made my experience at the Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division a 2-star one. I hope they take steps to address the sand issue and improve their efficiency in the future, or risk being swallowed by the sandstorm.

Dealing with probate, a person is dealing with a loved ones distribution of assets, it is difficult. Out of the 4 times I visited the Tuba City office, only 1 lady knew what she was doing. The level 2 supervisor, if she was that, should be on the floor not in a closed office. The papers I needed are called a Motor Vehicle Request. This is for the Final Probate in which the court needs. I was told that they contacted the Flagstaff office and was told that "we don't do that". Also, I had 15 titles and the lady told me that I could only do 4 request a day and had to come back each day to complete my procedure. That's messed up. Fortunately, Flagstaff MVD is the bomb and handled the request with no problem. Tuba City needs more training for their staff and now I will go to Flagstaff from now on. Remember, people have lost a loved one and don't need to be treated like I was treated

Tried calling DMV in Tuba City but busy and then called Flagstaff DMV to make an appointment with TC DMV but put on hold for more than 20 mins. There is no way to get assistance with the online process. No one to answer your questions. It's ridiculously useless to get help from DMV.

Had a scheduled appointment for 1:30. Showed up 1/2 hour ahead of time to find that they were closed. Another person had been there since 8am for an 11:30 appointment. Had to reschedule for 2 weeks out!

I never deal with people on reservation. Never Professional one lady was chew gum so loud tat was disgusting. Now I got deal with DMV ON RESERVATION WHICH IM LOOKING FORWARD.
