In late 2021 I suffered a workplace injury involving multiple body parts. In the beginning I was dealing solely with workers comp for treatment and had obtained a workers comp attorney. Unsatisfied with the level of treatment I was receiving for my injuries, I decided it might be best if I sought out the services of a personal injury attorney. A close friend directed me to a relative who practiced outside of Los Angeles who in turn connected me with Jaime Goldstein, a trial lawyer with Arias Sanguinetti law firm. From the beginning to the end, Jaime was very compassionate, professional, informative, and extremely helpful in helping me navigate this entire ordeal. When workers comp was giving me the runaround she also found treatment options for me, and got me on the road to healing. During the deposition she advocated for me. When it came time for the mediation and settlement offer, she fought to get me the best possible outcome - which ended up being about 3 times the figure I thought I might receive. She was also able to negotiate with workers comp on my behalf to have those medical liens completely dismissed. All together she went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more thankful for her. I highly recommend Jaime Goldstein, and Arias Sanguinetti law firm.
