Recently purchased two new computers. They transferred the data from the old machines to the new ones. Fast, friendly service. They even helped me out when i corrupted my wife's data through a mistake on my part. Highly recommend them!

They helped set up a new PC that I was not comfortable flashing the bios for before I could get in to boot screen. The timeline was pretty quick considering they probably do not work with am5 systems that often as well as the GPU in it being an arc as I didn't want to take the 4090 out of my other computer until the new one was ready. Overall they are a good option to help with custom PCs and will cost less then ordering from an SI.

I strongly urge anybody considering hiring this firm to steer well clear. This firm cannot get their act together, hires and harbors unqualified labor, and botches installs on large jobs without ever making it right. We’ve had to hire a separate firm entirely to remediate the issues and property damage caused by their installers. Our access controlled doors frequently jam and won’t open or must be forced open, our door access readers frequently drop offline and cannot be used, a magnetic lock which they installed fell clear off of one of our door frames and struck an employee, they cut the power supply cabling for our former access control solution on install day without warning which prevented us from being able to access critical areas for a ridiculous period of time (and then blamed us for having those keys locked behind one of those very doors, which they didn’t warn us we’d lose access to), they damaged our door frames installing the electric strike locks, installed our new access control hardware using an EXTENSION CORD for power at one facility, completely failed to install the dedicated magnetic lock control hardware AND forgot to install the battery backups in the door controllers at another facility, and much MUCH more. Not to mention, they complained that they were over $100k in the hole on our project, and wanted to make that our problem. Learn how to bid big jobs, or don’t bid them at all. And after all of this, they had the balls to file multiple BBB complaints against our company for not paying an invoice that amounted to less than 5% of what they WERE paid for, when they never completed the work associated with that invoice. They’ve even been pre-paid for installation at another site, which we decided we couldn’t allow them to move forward with given their track record with our other site installs. COMPLETE disaster, avoid AQM Security at all costs.

Lack of customer acknowledgment and updates. A thirty minute process, or hour at most, became a four day battle of phone calls. Don’t bring electronics to this franchise. Just go somewhere else for simple respect. As you can see the response below. I was almost charged an additional, extensive amount even though they could not solve the issue. Luckily, I’m not a pushover.

This is honestly the worst place you could go to get your phone fixed. I went to get my battery fixed twice within a weeks span. My factory battery died on me, so I went to get a new one. Took about a week to get it in, only to find out that the battery they received didn't work. So I had to wait another week for another to come in. Once it came in I had to wait another day for the actual technician to come in and fix it. Now, not even a week later my charging port is broken and corroded. Thanks AQM.

The DVD drive on my computer wouldn't play the discs anymore. I had taken it to another place to hopefully have fixed, but they couldn't help me. I looked up AQM and sent them a message. I got a call back the next day. Austin walked me through a couple of simple steps and, viola, the player started working. Thank you, Austin!
