Great customer service!!
I called and left a voice message and Taylor promptly returned my call. I told him the problem with our oven and he suggested that I trip the breaker to see if that would remedy the problem.

Sure enough, that took care of the issue. He didn’t have to tell me that simple thing over the phone. He could have come out to the house and done that himself for a service fee. You can rest assured that the next time I need appliance repair, I’ll be calling these guys! Thanks, Taylor!!

Taylor (Owner) and his team are fantastic! They came out and quickly diagnosed my oven (damaged from storm). They worked with me to find a replacement that fit inside the existing cabinet. Good to see a business owner who is honest and has integrity. The owner, Taylor, took a late phone call and spent a lot of time over the phone assisting in troubleshooting, this alone is rare. Scheduled an appointment for him to diagnose my issue and was thorough and honest about replacement part prices and labor. My neighbor utilized their services as well and the parts and repair cost was more than fair and comparable to prices found online for parts. Highly recommend.
