Neil is knowledgeable and experienced. He is hard working and quick to respond. He has been there for me during the darkest time and is capable of delivering the facts while being consoling and understanding all while working on not just mine but multiple client cases. I have never meant a more professional and competent lawyer.

Fast, intelligent, reliable, hardworking, honest, personable— these are all words that describe the lawyer, Neil. When representing landlords regarding evictions, he knows exactly what to do and will guide you in the right direction step-by-step. I contacted him about an issue and upon signing the contract to work with his firm, he contacted the tenant the next day, and by day 4, the full case was resolved.
He is very transparent about any cost/fees involved in hiring him so there are no surprises.

This is the best law firm that I have ever worked with. Neil Fulsang and his team went above and beyond the call of duty. Mr. Fulsang returned my call on a Saturday. He not only returned my call, but he spoke with me in great length and detail. That is very rare in most cases. ( for an attorney to call back during the weekend) He eased my mind from all the worrying I was doing. He explained things so that I could understand my situation better and so that I could enjoy the rest of my weekend . Mr. Fulsang jumped through hoops to meet a time line for me that I thought was going to be impossible. He proved me wrong. He made the impossible happen . He will never know how much I appreciate him and his firm. They are THE BEST! I will never use anyone else, but them.

I highly recommend Apex Law! I was evicted and through them, was given ample time to find adequate housing. I most likely could have gotten more time, however I was ready to move on and get it all behind me!! They absolutely know the eviction laws, and I honestly believe I received the best from the best!!

I found Apex Law when I was being wrongfully evicted. Honestly I almost can't believe people like this still exist, and in over a year of surfing the web ive never found a consultstion fee so low.
First, I have autism and get nervous on the phone and so I get very nervous to call professional places of business bc people treat me poorly. However , every single time I called, no matter who answered, they put maximum effort into effectively communicating with me and understanding what I needed in order to relay the msg, and not once did they ever make me feel like I was annoying them or like I was a problem for them.
Second, Neil Fulsang is one of the single greatest humans I've ever had the privilege of interacting with. He was incredibly honest , I mean the guy is next level honest , it will absolutely catch you off guard in the most refreshing way . He spent just as long uplifting me about life and the future as he did discussing my case , if not a little more. He went outside of his obligations entirely and offered ideas and input about relocation and new housing and urged me to let him know how everything played out. At the end he told me to email him when I'm laughing about all of this with my friends 2 years from now. What an incredible human being. If Apex Law practiced every area of law in every state , the American commonpeople would always be safe. <3
