Oooooeeee! Did we luck out with Anne Fashauer or what?

Anne was recommended by friends from the Booneville area, and once we met her, we never looked back. She expertly stepped us through the purchasing process for a unique, large acreage property in rural Mendocino Co. There were times when forces outside our control complicated things and Anne was there to offer pressure-free, sage advice, and keep us informed and calm. She is well connected and provided excellent, professional recommendations for everything from lenders to plumbers, and guided us toward all the right inspections. With Anne on our side, we only needed to make one offer on one property and we succeeded! Our favorite memory of working with Anne was the day she joined us by mountain bike to explore the back roads of what is now our new home. She helped make this a low-stress and enjoyable experience.
