I really do not have appropriate words for how Anderson Accounting and Finance, Ben Anderson handled my file as I needed additional documents to prepare to close on my new home. I honestly did not expect anyone to help me in such a professional, courteous and efficient manner. Mr. Anderson restored my confidence in efficiency and professional service. I never felt silly speaking with him as I really did not understand what else the lender could possibly need. The documents were delivered in 3 days after I contacted him. We had a financing agreement with Ben in which he did not follow through. He refuses to work with us and remedy the situation he created. We have had to resort to legal processes to deal with this situation. I would not recommend this business. In a B2B relationship he has proven he is unreliable and difficult to work with.
