Analytics is currently holding our email and drive hostage where we cannot access our company data. Our company and business banking accounts cannot be accessed because they have locked our emails causing major harm to our small business . I’ve been a loyal customer since 2022 but the damage being done due to there mafia style tactics towards my business are causing damage beyond measure! How can an IT company have the power to shut your business down?

Worst experience ever! Every time you call or send in a request it costs above the service agreement. Most of the time the problem didn't get resolved.
I have been using them for a few years and in September brought an outside IT team in office. It is now March and they are still charging me. I have spoken to several people at the company and all assure me that the billing is stopped, but I continue to receive the emails for the billing and they take $140 every month from my account even though they have received in writing numerous times to stop billing me. I am beyond frustrated and I know that if I did this to my customers I would be reported to the Division of Insurance and probably lose my license. Find an IT company that has an all inclusive option. These guys are over priced for what you get and they don't follow through on their commitments.

Be aware of this company. They had me sign a 1-year contract that included a 90 day trial period that states you can cancel at any time. My business, just like so many others, had to shut down due to the corona virus mandate. I sent an email to Analytics stating I needed to stop their service as there was no one in the office. This email was sent within the 90 days, but they never replied. Instead they just kept sending their invoices each month and provided our company with no services. I reiterated that I did not want their service. I spoke to one of the principles at the company directly & explained that I sent them an email prior to the 90 days and requested the service to stop. No one from their company has been here since March & they have not performed any service for our company except for adding webroot which is some internet security software that I have asked them to remove months ago. BTW you cannot get this software removed from your server or PCs without their permission which now is a problem for us. Anyway, they are now demanding payment for all the months since the trial ended and turned this over to a collection service. How desperate for business during these difficult times can they be? You would think they would honor their 90-day clause especially during this pandemic that we are all trying to live through. This is not a service you want to do business with. STAY AWAY.
