I called Kent Hansen's office in Logan to ask for assistance with my parents' trust since I am now the trustee and need to settle the trust. I had previously called the attorney who created the trust as well as another firm in Logan but, after waiting for several weeks, I received no response from either of them.

I was pleased and relieved that Maria could schedule a 15 minute consultation within a few days of my call. Mr. Hansen called at the appointed time and provided some initial guidance. We scheduled another call a few days later to discuss the trust.

At the next meeting, it was obvious that he had read the trust and was familiar with the provisions. During our discussion, he answered all of my questions and provided the guidance I needed. He also reviewed and corrected two documents that were required for me to act in the capacity of the trustee.

All of this was done over the phone or in a Zoom call since I am out of the state. I am extremely pleased with the assistance that Mr. Hansen provided. He is very professional, understanding, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend him.
