Leslie did a great job explaining and walking us through the mediation process. It did take us a while to reach an acceptable compromise to both parties but the process was much less confrontational than going to court. The cost was also way less than litigating. Jimmy did a great job keeping us informed of the status of the paperwork and let us know when anything was missing so that the process was not unnecessarily delayed. If you have to mediate I would definitely recommend Amicable Divorce Services.

What to do when tax laws change and you need to get paperwork in to the court ASAP and a series of miscommunications leaves you very few days to do that AND needing an entirely new team? Leslie and Jimmy and the rest of the team jumped in feet first ready, willing, and able to make it happen! True, we needed to do our part and get a large amount of paperwork done in a short amount of time...but Leslie and her team made everything incredibly organized and clear and were open and available for questions. They turned on a dime and were able to prioritize our case so that we were able to do years worth of work in just a few days. On top of all that, they made us feel good. We went in expecting just to do the bare minimum, but ended up lovingly and easily addressing every issue! With Leslie's guidance. we both felt great about the process and the end result.
MAY 18, 2020 I'm updating my original 5-star review with another 5-star review. Leslie and Jimmy went above and beyond the call of duty when they took my divorce case last minute DURING THE HOLIDAYS at the end of 2018. They speedily (less than 7 days start to finish) ushered us through a complicated process and made it clear and as easy as things like this can be. My ex and I felt supported every step of the way. Recently, my ex died. I needed a copy of the divorce papers amid COVID-19 conditions and Leslie offered to take care of that for me only charging me the court cost. This act of kindness and goodwill shows that Amicable Divorce Services is truly a class act.
