Came across this place after doing a little research. I went with them because of the rate and how willingly my questions were answered. When I went in to sign, everyone was super friendly and attentive. While I do miss being able to come in after hours to pick up mail — they close because there’s an actual store to purchase things — their hours are convenient. Packages are $1 for smaller and a little more for larger ones, so know that you can expect that, but I don’t mind that.

What I love the most is the family atmosphere. Always greeted with a smile

I've been getting my mail here for years and I couldn't be happier. On top of the peace of mind I get from knowing all of my mail and delivered packages are in good hands, I always enjoy walking into such a warm and loving environment. The owner, Raffi, makes us all feel like family and that's what makes this place so special. I highly recommend!

I don’t need many service that often, but this the ONLY place I’ll go to get help & friendly advice about packing, shipping etc.
the owner goes well above and beyond.
Nice atmosphere and has a huge range of services.
He can tell me what parcel will get there cheapest!
And next moment- will custom make a laminate cover for my Covid card.

PLEASE DON’T believe the lies. Rafy, the owner, is a wonderful human being who works extremely hard for his customers in the community. I have trusted Rafy for more than 5 years, and he’s NEVER EVER let me down. You can always rely on a smile, kind words, and impeccable service at American Post and Parcel! I've been using American Post n Parcel for years. Using it as my regular mailbox because, like many SoCal residents, I tend to move around a lot. From day one they have been friendly and professional. If it sometimes costs a few cents more to ship from them, I'd gladly pay it rather then wait over an hour to do the same thing at the post office. They're more than willing to help me pack items for shipping and often advise me against spending more than I need to while still ensuring my things arrive safely, securely, and on time. I recommend them to everyone in the valley.

Love this place. They make everything so easy to accomplish. And it’s one stop shop for cards, gifts and wrapping. Owner is terrific. So important to support our neighborhood’s small businesses. I’m going there this morning!
