Using Amazon is convenient. I cannot, however, support a company that treats people the way you do. Yes, I'm talking about DEI, among other things. My integrity is not for sale.

First, the driver are not trained to read addresses building numbers and apartments... I have had several Packages that were not delivered.... And call Customer Services several times... The policy that they had set up is not for the customer but for them to cover them as Employees.... No matter if it $5 or $500... I will not ever use there website... Driver need to No how to read Addresses info. In my apartment complex have wrong package πŸ“¦πŸ“¦πŸ“¦πŸ“¦πŸ“¦πŸ“¦πŸ“¦πŸ“¦πŸ“¦πŸ“¦πŸ“¦πŸ“¦ delivered wrong everyday.... I give Amazon 1 star at least they answered the phone....

I'm not sure if this was through the Atlanta corporate or not. I ordered a backpack for my grandson 1 1/2 weeks before school was supposed to start. About a week before I noticed that the shipment date changed, when it didn't come and said it would be here 8 days after school started I reordered and it said it would be here in 2 days, that's the only reason I reordered. Now school starts Tomorrow and I still don't have either of the backpacks ordered. When I called asking about a refund I was told I had to wait till they came and return them then get my money back. I wanted to know why they just couldn't stop the delivery since in was not here and send it back and give me my refund now. All they would say after talking to 3 different people was that there was nothing they could do. Amazon service has gone so far downhill that they don't even know who there retailers are or how to contact them. How are we supposed to trust them with our info. I am stopping all my Amazon related stuff. If stores don't have it I will get something else.

The drivers need to be trained on how to handle people's personal packages i had a package delivered and as i look at my door cam I see that the driver walks up and just throws my package on the ground and walks off didn't even bother to leave near my door i want a refund and she needs to issue an apology and be disciplined because I'm sure this isn't her first time she has done it terrible if want her full name and I want to make a personal complaint

Amazon is horrible. They dishonest about delivery and constantly giving red tape for a return or refund . I can’t even change to an accurate email for an extra step to receive a mete $35 refund. My banking institution took care of it and I’m writing corporate to file a formal complaint. Not using any longer! Grade F.

I have been put in bad situations twice within 30 days with Amazon. First I ordered shirts for a fashion show days before I needed them. I was given a delivery date of Friday before I needed them. The day of and no shirt. I called Amazon and stressed the importance of me getting the shirts that day and was told Wednesday AFTER my show was the new date. I had to rush and recreate the whole event. Today, 5/15 I received an order for an event tomorrow and they sent the wrong shoe (size and color). I was told if I take the box back I will get a credit and they will reorder the shoe. Now I am being told I have to pay for the shoe again in order to have it by Friday because the shoe is not registering as a return. The only thing I have is a receipt but the have the shoe and my money. I promise you I will start shopping on Tic Tok.

I've been paying for Prime so that I may enjoy videos without commercials and ads and to get free delivery in short order. Prime tv series have 3-5 commercials every few minutes. It is infuriating. We pay for ad free streaming and now we're are more inundated.

Product quality on Amazon has plummeted. There is no quality control and so much is absolute garbage from China. So many things are knock-offs.

I am thinking about dumping amazon entirely. I can buy direct or through other online stores.

Bought a Roku and I can get 3 or 4 streaming apps for what we pay for Prime.

Maybe if enough people said enough and went elsewhere, amazon might give a darn.

Customer Service is terrible here. Drivers don't even understand how to find an address for delivery. They continue to deliver to a neighbor and will leave my package in the long gravel driveway 1/8th of a mile from any house. All they have to do is leave that driveway (#1000s) and drive right down five driveways to my address in the 1200s. Even numbers are on the right, odd numbers are on the left. I've also had issues with packages being open for my before delivery and recently a package that was "lost". However it was lost the day it was out for delivery and Amazon did not make it easy to get a refund, they'll just label it as lost and nothing happens until you have to "cancell" the order. It'll tell you a refund is on the way then 10 days later you still won't have it so you have to get customer service in India to issue a refund and wait another 5-7 business days. Terrible service all around.
