The judge day needs to be taking away from the bench she took my husband daughter and siblings and give them away to total strangers people that he does know and people his daughter don’t want to be with the worst how I know it is when one parent is deceased the other parent gets there child she needs to be look into and her job need to be taken away how can you grant guardianship to total strangers and there fathers are alive and want there kids and to take care of there kids they System really be Failing these kids

Judge day needs to be removed from the bench or at least banned from family court. When lawyers joke "well it depends on the time of DAY, regarding the outcome" it's time to retire. She took my kids away solely based on lies from my ex, and her personal bias. My children are the ones who truly suffer. Justice is not blind here, it depends on the time of DAY.

The courthouse is nice outside and the interior is looks very modern and new. The courtrooms & restrooms are very clean and the security at the door are always very friendly & helpful. Beware of taking on a public defender at the Amador County Courthouse though - multiple ones will not show up for appointments you make with them and I've seen one not even show up for court!!
