I run a title company in MI and we had this person do a mobile closing for us for a buyer that was located in Denver, but she never sent us the closing documents and ignored our texts and calls. She finally emailed us a Google Drive link but it had restricted access. She never granted access and ignored us. Didn't even try to collect her money or accommodate us. Makes absolutely no sense. STAY AWAY!!!

Never showed up for closing appointment. When I attempted to contact the notary, via phone, voicemail box was full with no call back.

Title company had to scramble to find another available notary.

If used, I would encourage folks to reach out a day in advance to confirm their appointment with this notary. If no response is received, start coordinating a backup.

I needed a Notary for my phone Hearing with a Texas judge to take an Oath to be appointed the Independent Administratix of my mother's estate. Ms. Lucero, the notary (known as the "Always Positive Notary"), after I had confirmed our appointment repeatedly with her all week, failed to show up today for my phone Hearing. I finally called her when the court's judge called me for the Hearing as Lucero had not arrived yet. Her voicemail was full so I couldn't leave any voicemails. I texted her multiple times and I received no replies. I continued repeatedly calling her and sending SMS messages. Finally, nearly 30 minutes after the Judge called me for my Hearing, Lucero sent me a text telling me that her car broke down and that was it!!. She never answered my calls or called me back. She did not respond to my multiple texts until 30 minutes after my scheduled phone Hearing. Very unreliable and unprofessional. I will never be comfortable arranging a Notary to come to my home again in this manner. Truly horrendous experience and one I would not want anyone else to experience so I am leaving this very negative review.

Had to pick a time on a busy day to get 5 family members in one place at one time to sign off on paperwork. Scheduled this mobile notary service to be there. No call, no show. Called their business number and received some message about the call couldn't go through. Gee, thanks.

Edit - they did get back 1.5 hours after the scheduled time now. Didn't really help our situation though.

SHE IS VERY FRIENDLY I HAD SOME OTHER PAPERS I NEED TO GET NOTARIZED THAT I HAD FORGOT ABOUT AND SINCE SHE QAS THERE SHE NOTARIZED THEM FOR ME TOO... AND BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY SHE IS VERY REASONABLE AND WILL COME TO U..... VERY SATISFIED I WILL USE FROM HERE ON OUT.... THANK YOU
