I recently just closed my lemon law case with the help from Alpha Law Firm. I purchased a new 2023 Kia Sportage and had it break down on me the first month. The Kia service department kept the car for over 6 months trying to repair the vehicle. I had done a little bit of research of my consumer rights but it can get very tricky when dealing with both the corporate car manufacturer at the same time while also working with the dealership. Alex and his team will guide you through the whole process and inform you what exactly you need to say and send during the repair process. Once the team is aware of what you want your outcome to be (repurchase, swap, etc.) they will fight for that outcome and nothing less. While lemon law cases are long and drawn out because of the manufacturer delays it will benefit you to have Alex and his team staying on top of all the correspondence and legal formalities. I have a 2014 Honda with lots of recalls and transmission issues. I saw their lemon law TikTok post and decided to call this law firm. I spoke to Ana the sweetest and most caring person I ever spoke to! You can tell she truly cares about the clients. She told me the office couldn’t assist me with my case because of the car year!
