I flew in from out-of-state for a same-day turnaround trip to get a Live Scan done, among other errands. Given that I was pressed for time, I intentionally chose Alliance because they required appointments. Which helped ensure I would be seen on the day I flew in. I booked my appointment a few days before my trip, and it was easy to schedule. I immediately received my confirmation email, followed by a detailed email with directions and parking information, which was extremely helpful when navigating downtown.

Upon arrival, Sequoia was so sweet and incredibly helpful from beginning to end. During our conversation, I discovered he could help me check off other items on my to-do checklist! Where do I start with this amazing experience? I recently passed my personal lines exam for insurance and in order to finalize that process I was required to complete fingerprint scanning which I had never done before. I go to YELP/Google for all my recommendations and came across this company, excellent reviews and raves about Sequoia.
I emailed him and received a response within 10 minutes and was able to set up an appointment that best fit my schedule.
Now of course I have the worst sense of navigation and he was able to come find me and walked me to his office. I have not received such attentive service elsewhere and I will be recommending him to all my colleagues, family and friends!
Apart from the great service, his prices are great compared to other places and I am so glad I went to him.

Terrible Service and Document Damage
I had a very disappointing experience with this notary. The quality of service was extremely poor. He was unprofessional and unhelpful and completely ruined an important document. His careless handling of my paperwork caused the need to additionally go to another notary significant delays and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult process. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using their services if you value your time and documents.
