Bus 126 coming up Ohio River Blvd should not be driving kids speeding like he is the only one on the Rd. I can't believe he even gave me the finger because I was not going fast enough for him. I tried to call the office but no one answered. I guess the only way they are going to learn their lesson is good forbid something happens to some and they get their license pulled.

Coming thru McKeesport the driver today of van 67 almost caused me to wreck as it cut me off speeding past me on rt 48. They cut me off so close to my bumper it was hard not to hit the school van when he did it!! Try to call the number it don't work of course cause they don't want to hear it I guess but I def will be taking this higher. These people especially that driver today should not be driving kids around. 12/4/2024

Drivers need training. I was just stuck behind a empty school van on 79 South for around 5 mi the van driver would not get into the slow lane and would not drive the appropriate speed limit. Don't drive in the fast lane. School buses should be in the slow lane. Train your drivers to be respectful.

This company truly does not care about the children and families they are hired to serve. Whether it’s being on time or providing basic safety, they just don’t care.

-frequently 20-30 min late. Has only arrived on-time on 3 occasions this school year. (It’s now mid-November) 15+ min late 90% of the time.

-doesn’t notify parents when running late.

-on occasion has completely failed to show up at all.

-when reached, staff has made clear they don’t care. But even if they did, they insist on being incapable of improving.

-Our bus driver says management is aware of the problems but won’t do anything about it

-Phil (in charge) insists that he’s never been made aware of any problems

I can’t tell whether this team is incompetent, or dishonest. Either way, they can’t get the basic job done.
We’ve given them a year and a half in good faith to sort things out, and at this point I can only assume they just. don’t. care.

-will not return phone calls

Bus 847 at 1:30 pm on the parkway east on July 9th just about took out me and a couple of others changing lanes and cutting people off twice. Also speeding. Should be fired for driving a school bus that way. With or without kids.

Today is December 20, 2023. Whoever is driving your bus 783 should be fired because they obviously don’t care about the kids or anybody else because the speed limit is 25 and I’m sure they’re doing well over 55
