I was recommended to All American Law by a family friend, and choosing them to assist me with my case was by far the best decision I’ve made. Attorney Ms. James, Katrina, and everyone else at the firm always provided me with the most excellent & professional service, and all of my questions & concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I’ve had to return to court multiple times for a custody battle, and they were always there to assist me every step of the way. The firm helped me with my extremely sensitive case, and as a result, I was able to obtain a positive outcome. I give All American Law my highest recommendation!

If I had to hire an attorney again, I would hire Ms. James.
She and her staff, especially Katrina, made me feel important and seen. It was comforting having Ms. James on my side, representing me. I knew I was in good hands with her. Katrina explained things to me in laymen's terms, which helped me understand the process. I'm grateful to them for helping me through an extremely difficult time.

Mr. Jeffrey was my attorney through what was a messy divorce. No matter what my Ex threw our way and drug my daughters and I through, along with her incredibly unpleasant counsel; Mr. Jeffrey even when provoked by the other side kept his cool, argued the facts and the law and outmatched them time and time again. He and the rest of the amazing staff at the office were always available and genuinely cared about me as a person and not just a paying client.

Over 2 years of litigation and he never wavered or treated my case as less than a top priority. Even at my lowest point and feeling defeated he proved over and over that we would find a resolution and my daughters and I would be ok.

There aren't words enough to express his dedication and legal ability. I highly recommend him and the entire firm. Where other firms are happy to profit off your pain, All American earns every penny.

Words can't even express the amount of gratitude I have for all of you. This court case has been so extremely stressful and I would have never gotten this far without you all! I woke up the day after court feeling such a relief and freedom, knowing I was finally heard in court and I feel like I'm finally capable of protecting my son the way I'm supposed to because of your help!

Katrina, thank you so much for the multiple phone calls and emails and calming down my obsessive, projective mind. You always made me feel like I wasn't crazy and my feelings were valid and I knew anytime I spoke with you I'd feel better and you were always so on top of everything.

Ms. James, thank you so much for all of the time and effort you spent doing what you do best. For sharing your confidence with me before court appearances when I was such a mess. For the amazing set of questions you asked me in court to let my whole story really be heard and for giving me a voice in court when I felt like I couldn't speak up for myself enough.

You guys are all so amazing and I'm so grateful to have had you guys on my side for this battle.

First and foremost, I would like to state that I am EXTREMELY satisfied with All American Law. Every single staff member deserves a standing ovation for, not only the professionalism, but the cordial, blatant honesty these folks give.

Service requested: 5/5
-Not only does the office of Christine James provide me with the utmost respect as a client, they do not sugar-coat anything and I was free to discuss and divulge all the information without having to hold back. They gave me a clear picture of how to weigh my options so that I could make an informed decision.
Quality: 5/5
-The quality I gained from this law office is above average and I can understand the pricing. They are truly not trying to extend the time it takes to end mental legal battles such as I have dealt with. Knowing how knowledgeable their office is made it easy for me to just focus on what I could and take it day by day. I did not have to deal with much of the logistical aspects. I trusted their observations and when I did not understand something, they were happy to explain and never showed a sign of exasperation.
Value: 5/5
-As aforementioned, the pricing is legitimate. You're not just some client they are trying to brush off. Any clarification needed, I could ask and it would be answered in a timely manner. They work with you IF YOU WORK WITH THEM. We kept a clear line of communication and I know that is one of the biggest reasons as to why I had such a good experience.

From my family to yours, Christine, Julia, Katrina, Nancy, and I do apologize I did not mention all of you, since I spoke to many of you - Anyway, many thanks and much respect to all of you.

Christine James was my ex-wife's attorney in our very messy divorce filed by my ex-wife. This divorce did not need attorneys. It could have been handled in a very short amount of time. We had no children together, did not own a home or business together. On the day my ex-wife filed, July 1st, 2021, Ms. James office called me, and told me I could go to the house and get my belongings. I told her office I would be there at noon the same day, they told me they would relay this message to my ex-wife. When I arrived at my home with a Sheriff Deputy, my ex-wife was angry and shouted at me that Ms. James had not told her I was arriving. Then, I was never formally served with divorce papers until 3 weeks later, because Ms. James never (or forgot) to serve me properly. I was dragged through the mud for 10 months. I was falsely accused of domestic violence and abuse, without any proof or evidence. My ex-wife filed a false, emergency exparte exclusive use of the home order that was immediately denied by the judge because my ex wife did not file a DV report, because again, no proof and no evidence. Ms. James blindly went along with my ex-wife, not realizing that in the state of California, a DV report must be filed with the court before an Exparte emergency order is even considered. My ex-wife even stated in her declaration that she had no intention of filing a DV report against me, so you would think that an attorney familiar with the state laws regarding this, would know not to file the exparte order, but Ms. James went for it anyway. In our temporary spousal support hearing in September of 2021, Ms. James asked for $1200.00 per month from me, at my ex-wife's demand, stating that her client would be "homeless" otherwise. My ex-wife was awarded less than half. Later through discovery, as I was being falsely accused of hiding income, it was discovered, through actual proof, my ex-wife was the one hiding additional income which she did not disclose in our support hearing. Also, before our spousal support hearing started, Ms. James was speaking to my attorney in the hallway, 3 feet away from me, in a very loud voice. Not professional at all. All of Ms. James inexperience helped us a great deal. In October of 2021, I was forced to "legally" repossess my 2011 Chevy Tahoe from my ex-wife after multiple attempts of email and phone call communication with Ms. James and her office, with no response. We tried to rectify the situation peacefully, to no avail. My ex-wife had parked the "garage princess" Tahoe outside, took the license plates off, emptied the take of gas, cleaned out her personal belongings, and still refused to give it back to me. We were told one time that Ms. James had been out of the country, so we gave them one more week to respond, once Ms. James returned. Still, no response. So I went and "legally" towed my Tahoe and repossessed it. It was soon after this that my ex-wife was now representing herself and had either "dropped" Ms. James, or Ms. James fired her. This could be due to the fact that my ex-wife lied in open court and hid her additional income, I do not know. In retaliation of me repossessing my Tahoe, my ex-wife filed a bogus, false, domestic violence restraining order against me. The temporary order was denied, and at the hearing the filing was denied. The judge actually lectured my ex-wife. Soon after I repossessed my Tahoe, is when Ms. James no longer represented my ex wife. My ex-wife is a narcissist. I have written a book about my life, marriage and divorce to my ex-wife. It is titled, Goodbye Tammy, Third Time Was Not A Charm, Surviving Narcissistic Abuse, under the pen name Teddy Bowers. I have also been interviewed on a few narcissism podcasts, YouTube, and I will be featured in an upcoming HBO Documentary called, Empathy Not Included, coming out later this year.

All American Law is the absolute best law firm and attorneys I have ever had the pleasure of trusting and working with. Katrina has worked on my case for most of the process and I am so happy with everything she has accomplished and helped me with. Attorney Jeffries and Mrs. James have been nothing but wonderful, as well. You won’t be disappointed if you hire them to prove, support, or represent your case! ?
