Bernadette was very rude and short with me. I'm just asking for help with a family member and oh, boy! She needs a vacation. She doesn't care about my situation and was very unkind.

They don't care about you as a human. Margarita is my case worker and she is so slow at her job. This office does not care about your situation. Rita was the BEST and she is now gone. Margarita is non sympathetic. Margarita is the WORST.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Not helpful went up there two days in a row to get our food assistance and insurance for our children in order. After speaking to countless employees finally got it all approved and pushed through only for them to tell me 6 days later we needed to reapply for everything! Felt very discriminated against because were WHITE! Called and called left countless voice mails on countless case workers phones with no call back EVER!!! Very VERY happy to move out of that town to a place where they will actually help you no matter the color of your skin! If you can go somewhere else because they are worthless!
