Very responsive and very nice man. He was able to meet my friends after the JUST got married early in the morning. Within less than 2 hours they were able to sign their license. He provided helpful information on next steps as well. Thank you !

I arranged for our marriage certificate to be notarized by this company several weeks in advance due to our wedding being on a Sunday (not many options for this service on a Sunday) and unfortunately, at the scheduled time, my fiancé and I were in the midst of changing rooms at our resort due to an issue we had with the first one. I was distracted and did not realize the time. At 20 minutes past the scheduled time, I noticed a missed all and a couple text messages regarding our appointment. I immediately texted back, apologized profusely, and asked if we could meet him somewhere convenient if he had already left. His response was “Nope. Good luck “. I then offered to pay for the inconvenience and asked if he knew of any other notaries that could help. No response. We spent the next couple of hours searching online for a notary and luckily did eventually find someone. This was our wedding day. Things happen! I’m still in shock that someone in this industry reacted this way knowing full well if we didn’t have this document notarized, then we would not have been legally married on our wedding day. I might be more understanding of his reaction if he wasn’t going to be paid for his time. Horrible experience and horrible start to my wedding day
