This has been a serious shit show. I contacted them nearly 3 months ago to get a duplicate title. I was receiving email updates until it was issued. Meaning it was sent in the mail. That was over a month ago and I still have not received the title that I really need before the end of this month.

I've spent over an hour on an immediate hold with absolutely no answer. I've been emailing them with no response or even hunt that they are still operating let alone answering anything. This is one of many reasons I'm so glad I moved out of state. I feel the way department of revenue is operating reflects the condition of the entire state.

If you are considering moving to this state DONT this is only one of so many messed up issues with the state. Something I wish I never got involved in.

I wouldn't imagine customer service could be so horrible if I didn't experience it myself. I called concerning my Tax Privilege payments and my representative was: passive agressive, very short, no explanation for my concerns, did not greet me or end the conversation in a professional manner. He did not help me at all! How do customers handle business with individuals with those practices? Who is hiring these individuals? This is a huge concern that needs to be addressed immediately.

I've been on the phone with these people for over an hour, being sent left and right just to check the address on a tax return.... Every single black employee who answers the phone hears my white voice and transfers me without saying a word... I haven't raised my voice or sworn once... I haven't even mentioned how many times I've been transferred. It's been about 5 times now.... Ridiculous!!!!

Worst state I know in reference to State taxes. From my understanding you are supposed to file the same federal and state. Yet this is the 2nd year I've been asked to prove my deductions with no refund returned. No questions ask. Just because they don't want to return it.

I wish that I could give Ms. Monica in the Registration Dept. personally, 5/5 stars!!! I had a stressful situation dealing with my local DMV regarding my tag and insurance from 3 years ago and Ms. Monica was breath of fresh air to work with. She ensured me that we would get the issue resolved and that is exactly what she quickly did!!! She was so funny, patient and kind and really a joy to speak with. I think that employees all over the state and especially in the local departments should all strive to be as amazing and caring as Ms. Monica. She is a true example of the type of person that we should all want to be.

Does there even need to be an explanation? Under payed taxes by less than a dollar. I got a notice in the mail that fees acquired raised a debt of almost $90. All while payed the amount told from a tax service website from the IRS itself. Atleast all the billionaires in America collectively pay less than 3% on their income taxes. ?‍♂️

Still waiting 4 months for 1 person state refund. I filed in February. It's May 23rd.
It's yearly and I'm pretty sure they need to be investigated.
