I have used their shipping services a few times. Their packages are constantly 2-3 days behind. Compared to going directly with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. They told me two days, but package sat in their store for a few days and the time was double. I like to support small business. I also don’t mind paying a bit more to support small businesses. But delivery should be on time.

Price gouging? Stopped in there on 4/3/2024 to process a shipment from Palm Springs to MN using my Fed Ex corporate account. Was appalled at the price quote of approx. $225-$325 depending on the delivery date. Knowing this was a crazy quote, I went to the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center on Ramon Rd (near airport). Price was 1/10th of what AIM quoted. Yes, 90% cheaper! Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware when using AIM.

We were in PS for Modernism Week and were fortunate enough to find a few fragile treasures that needed to be packaged and shipped out of state. AIM was recommended to us from the vintage curator. Everything was perfect! The package arrived without any issues. They took time to wrap and pack the boxes and handled the art and glasses with great care. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Will use this place again when shopping in PS. Thanks!

We’ve used AIM Palm Springs for several years and have been extremely satisfied with their services. We use them as a private mail box service and they can box up and forward our mail to us anywhere in the world while we are traveling. We never have delivered packages stolen from our home because we ship things to AIM and they keep them secure until we can pick them up. We also receive email notices from them when a package arrives. So the added security and peace of mind is a big, big plus. We also use them to print our annual holiday letter in full color with photos and the results are most professional Every one of the staff, without exception, is friendly and competent. We don’t know what we would do without them.

I purchased a vintage lamp on Marketplace and the seller brought it to AIM for packaging and shipping. It's a very delicate lamp but they did a great job packaging it, and it made the journey from Palm Springs to Seattle safe and sound.
