Would not recommend very unprofessional Lynn McDowell changes prices on you my mom gave her a deposit to keep her appointment and she gave a whole different price on the phone again would not recommend ?

Read the negative reviews before calling. I called for a notary and the quote was higher than average and outside my budget. Received unintelligible text messages at 2:00am and the next day and a phone call even though I repeatedly said we did not want the service.

Ms. McDowell is a compassionate and professional person. She is always efficient when conducting business and she doesn't hesitate to assist her clients above and beyond her duties. She is also a wealth of knowledge and can point you in the right direction regarding legal questions She can't answer. I have known her for over 40 years. All pleasant I must say. She is definitely more than a mobile Notary.
