A family member reached out to Advanced Treatment Solutions and spoke to Jim who accepted my son into his practice . A therapist contacted us and spoke to my son . My son needed MATCH asap but was told he needed to speak to the Dr about those meds. The therapist contacted my son a 2nd time and my son again said he needs to speak to the Dr because he needed help ASAP with getting on the MATCH Program . After numerous phone messages left with no response and emails sent to the Dr. as well as Jim no response was given . Over 3 weeks lapsed and finally got a call from Dr Clark who did not even have my sons medical records straight . She stated he was taking prescriptions meds he was not taking and even brought up that he called and left a message after hours which she did not like . Then after all this Dr Clark stated Shias booked solid until the end on January and couldn’t help anyhow ?. This entire process with Jim and company wasted almost a month and left a terrible experience with someone who was only reaching out for help . This is one place I will make sure will never get recommended for anything

I cannot begin to tell you all how my life has changed since I met Jim Moutinho a few years back. I walked into his office feeling lost and with no purpose or will to do anything or be anyone’s and he completely made all the difference in my world . I now see light where there was only darkness and owe that all to him. He helped me cope with my anxiety/depression in a way that no one had in over 20 years of therapy. Jim taught me that there is a gray area where I only saw black and white and I am forever grateful to him. Life changing results as long as you’re willing to do your part. Highly recommended!

The worse communications possible. Their answering service is clueless, dont even know which building the office is in. They send you to a voicemail that no one ever answers. They cancelled my appointment without telling me. I wasted time to go there, and yes, answering service sent me back to a voicemail. 4 hours later I get a call from someone stating it's my fault, they called me and I didn't answer. Sorry but I was at work, never mind the 50 calls I made to them to get the appointment set up. It's out of convenience I tried to go there, but do not recommend this business. They cannot run a proper business, how can they treat you?!
