I have been a customer of these amazing folks since 2007. I now live in another state and still send my taxes to them. I started with Mari and this year I worked with April. This was the first year that we had our taxes done there.And I must say that the worst place I have ever been in my life.Eric did absolutely nothing I ask him to do,completely ignored everything.. Then I paid $289 for something that I had to take somewhere else to have done correctly. So if you want your taxes done right please take your business elsewhere..

This place is awful. I almost got thousands of dollars in fines from the state for them not completing tasks I hired them to complete. I’ve had to resubmit documents countless times bc they get lost, and their bills are astronomical. I went with them for payroll services because the quote they gave me was reasonable. My actual bills are about 3x higher than what I was quoted. Beyond disappointed in this company and would NOT recommend them.

This place is horrible. Dropped the ball quite literally every step of the way, 0 communication, no follow through, dishonest, the whole 9 yards. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Sure, they're friendly, but friendly doesn't get the job done. After what felt like the 100th screwup and $3500 in fines because someone failed to file a return, we are taking our business elsewhere.

Beware of using this business. Mari completely botched my taxes and then refused to take responsibility for it or issue me a refund. I paid her in full for her tax preparation services and then ended up having to entirely redo them and refile them myself because of her inability to enter basic information correctly (like accurately entering SSNs) or have even a rudimentary understanding of current allowable exemptions (like energy tax credits). Do yourself a favor and file your own taxes using one of the many tax software applications available from one of the reputable companies on the Internet. Those applications are way more thorough and accurate than she is and you'll get a better return for a lower cost and without having to go back and fix someone else’s mistakes.
