Ted Sherwood is very professional. He was able to get a difficult case settled. Parking was a bit of problem for my client and the client's mentioned not having a lot of snacks but those are side issues to me. I would definitely use Ted in the future, he has always be professional, very competent and relates well to my clients.

I have mediated two cases with Ted Sherwood. One was a med mal and the other was a premises liability. We made progress at the sessions. Ted continued to work on the cases for a few weeks afterwards. Ted was the chosen mediator in two of our big truck injury cases. Ted has years of experience litigating injury cases and it shows in his mediation skills. It was apparent the insurance adjusters in both cases were impressed with Ted's experience and that went a long ways towards getting the cases settled. The second case showcased Ted's tenacity. The case did not settle during the initial mediation, but Ted remained involved and through his follow up efforts and involvement over the next couple of months the parties were able to resolve the case. Ted Sherwood mediated a business dissolution/family business breakup for my clients in the spring of 2020. This was a very emotional issue for my clients in addition to the contractual issues.
