I came to this law firm over 15 years ago after falling on the job and injuring myself. I filed a workers comp injury report and my attorney and his assistant have taken care of all the paperwork and appointments for all these years. Nefte is amazing and the attorneys Me. Dittrich and staff were very attentive to my needs. One thing to remember with this process is that it takes time. Workers comp cases are often delayed and rescheduled not by the fault of your attorney, so it's important to be patient. In the end you are protecting your body and no one else will do that except for this firm.

Let’s start from the beginning, I got hurt at work in September 2016, I got some attorneys from L.A. to “represent” me, well that was about 3 years ago, the insurance adjuster denied treatments, medications, they send me payments for wage losses of different amounts.

The most horrible experience adding insult to injury (quite literally!) and I talked to my attorneys in L.A. and nothing changed, my case was going nowhere fast! And on the mean time I’m still in pain suffering and with limited movement.

Until a few months ago I talked to a friend and he told me about this attorneys local to Salinas, and I told him that I tried talking to attorneys in Salinas and San Jose and they didn’t want to take my case, he convinced me to call them and I did, I set up the appointment to talk to them and like a well oiled machine they told me about all of my rights, everything that they could do and they started working on everything immediately.! Even before I left their office, it was quite refreshing seeing that they wanted to take care of me!

So I got used to my other attorneys not doing much for me and they told me that they were going to share the legal fees with my original attorneys, I thought, there goes my case, now they have even less motivation to work hard on my case!

To my surprise and astonishment in almost three weeks of working with me they got the QME to give me an evaluation number and they negotiated with the insurance company to give me a great settlement check!!

I talked to one of the partners John Amos, the very first day and he told me that anytime I needed anything I could just walk in, no need to call or to set an appointment!!

They made me feel like family! And I’m not talking about a dysfunctional family like the Bundy’s but like a real traditional family that you see in the movies with the house with the picked fences, 2.5 children and a cat and a dog!

A real cool bunch, they told me to contact one of the assistants for anything that I may need help with, they even helped me fill out my California state disability forms.

So if you are ever hurt in an accident this are the very first people that you should contact!! I highly recommend that you come to them!!
