Annie was very aggressive in the beginning until I signed the contract. After that she was always late n wouldn't return my calls.She never did get my physical therapy appointments scheduled, and the chiropractor she referred me to, Arkansas Chiropractic, didn't adjust me, DrJohn McMurray used a gun type deal called an "activator ", which really didn't help. She put her make up on in front of me at her desk during a phone call with the insurance adjustors! When it came time to negotiate the settlement, she pawned me off to her very non aggressive husband to handle it, while she sat in her office doing nothing. After the settlement was reached she even commented to her husband "David you used to be a fighter, what happened to you?"
