Worst experience ever explained my issues how I have paid consultation to be denied. The response from receptionist was hahaha you have paid others for consultations then you can pay us. I reply why would you laugh you know that's extremely unprofessional she then laughed again and said yeah I know by. Seriously who would allow you to work for them I hope you monitor and check in on your communication staff from time to time, can't imagine how many others out their with this issue.

Mr Akram and his staff are very knowledgeable and would go above and beyond for you. They honestly are one of the best things that happened to me.
I worked closely with Norma and Ranim, who were never too busy to answer my questions, very patient with me and always friendly. They truly have your best interest at heart and are diligent at what they do. I came in there really broken but they put a big smile on my face.
I would recommend them to anyone who has immigration challenges.
