Don is flexible, friendly and thorough. I’ve used him 3 times now and has always been easy to schedule. My last signing, I had missed a signature line. He noticed it. If he hadn’t caught it it would have delayed my paperwork. So thanks to have a great notary around the Santa Clara area.

Really quick service and lowest rate compared to other notaries. Communication with him was great - most of it was done via text message after an initial phone call, and I meet at Don’s office to get my documents ready. He was very thorough made sure that I had properly initialed / signed my documents, and he was able to help me with my research. I saw that he also provides fingerprints for live scan services for a really good rate, so i now using Don to do my certification.

Would definitely use him again for future notarization bonds, or any services.

Professionalism, courtesy and communication at it's finest! Don is a shining example of how to run a business efficiently. I called Don to enquire about the charge for notarization - his fees are very reasonable and competitive! I set up an appointment with him, he was very accommodating with the time. And for those who didn't know, he also supports mobile notarization for a negligible fee.
For the notarization itself, he was very patient, thorough and efficient! He is very knowledgeable about the requirements for various types of documents and rules across various locations. He explained the process and helped me to get everything in order in good time.
Besides the notarization, I found Don to be very courteous and pleasant with his communication and highly understanding.
Overall, I cannot recommend his business highly enough for everyone's notarization and signing needs! I wish him and his business the very best!
