Thanks Todd for the quick and professional services! I had some POA documents that needed to be notarized, made an appointment with bank, took me a long time for waiting/explaining my document/ communicating with title agency, and turned out it was notarized wrong.. decided to try Aardvark Notary and got it done in 5 min!
