I was here for a quote on homeowners insurance. They have an attendant at the entrance as you walk in to greet and direct you to the proper department or person. She was very friendly and helpful and I notice many banks nowadays have the same system in place to guide you to the correct person to help you with your needs. Anyway, the quote I received was very competitive to my current premium, which is over $700 in savings!
Of course my situation may be different than yours so the amount may vary. So, with that amount saved I obviously went with AAA and since I have another policy with them I received membership discount on top of that, too.

I’m pay insurance last 10 year full coverage $220 monthly this aaa insurance company Last day thief broke my car I file claim I send all evidence video records first one claim Justice change and another Justice say me we not coverage you loss I am last one month was in pain I no have another car after one month say me we not covered you but still pay insurance over charge now pay $330 I advise all people not choose this scam company ‘’aaa insurance ‘’ not believe this reply person is not pick phone

I've been a member for years, you're always greeted with a smile, never a long wait. The team members are knowledgeable and happy to assist with any and all services needed. They offer such a large variety of services that I've never needed to go through anyone else. Very clean inside the branch and they have coffee or tea the majority of the time. I've never had a bad experience whether inside the branch or dealing with claims.

This company is the biggest scam and most unprofessional company i have ever been insured with in my life.
They fail to communicate with you on anything. Their “recommended” body shop had my car for 26 days and it came back with a dent in the door passenger door which was not there when I brought the car to them. They broke my window which the did replace and I’m still not happy about that. There are paint chips on my hood. I am absolutely dissatisfied with AAA I have reached out on several different occasions left voicemails, sent Emails and when I did talk to somebody they I was told “yeah Robert will call you back” that was a lie never heard anything back from him. I was not informed that they weren’t covering my rental for any longer. And it was their body shops fault that the rental was not going to be covered for any length of time longer. Instead I’m just slapped with a bill after I payed my deductible. Go to State Farm or gico save your money elsewhere. this place is absolutely ridiculous. I still haven’t received anything from them about my claim complaints doesn’t sound like their fixing it so looks like I’m suing my own insurance company!
