Ms. Rosa provided me with outstanding mobile notary service for a mortgage signing. She met me at a mutually agreed upon location, date and time. She was extremely flexible and accommodating. When we met, she was well prepared with the necessary documents. She walked me through the extensive signing process in a clear and professional manner. She was extremely courteous, with a sense of humor, and was kind. I highly recommend Ms. Rosa's services. P.S. We are NOT related even though we share the same last name!

I contacted Ms. Rosa in July, 2014 to perform notary duties for a relative in Trumbull, CT. Unfortunately, I picked the one week when Ms. Rosa was to be on vacation. However, she made arrangements for a colleague to act in her place. She acted as intermediary and made all the arrangements and she offered her contact info in the case of an emergency - even during her vacation! She was quickly responsive in all of this and I feel that the rate she quoted was reasonable. She acted very professionally, very client oriented and I am confident in recommending her to others.

My husband needed a legal document notarized, she was open until 8pm on Sundays, so we thought this is so convenient, but we were shocked when she demanded 10.00 fee, when in Connecticut the fees are 5.00, unless it's a e-nortary or mobile then the fee would be more, thanks for taking advantage of us, I guess you need the money more.... .
