RUDE and Unprofessional. HEATHER put her hands on me regarding the parking situation. I was a paying customer of the next door business. She is UNHINGED, all over a parking spot. That is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. She’s lucky I didn’t press charges on her. I would not trust her to do my insurance. She has deleted several reviews with the same complaint so I know she has not learned to do BETTER.

A'La Carte insurance is has handled my car insurance for several years. Heather makes insurance super easy and handles every client personally. She balances my low budget demands and my needs to fit all my insurance requirements. Call her and talk to her. She will make you a customer for life! Oh yeah, parking is no problem. VERY RUDE LADY!!! This building has multiple businesses with very limited parking. I tried parking in front of the business I came for, but couldn't fit due to the angle. I then happened to park in front of the insurance shop and immediately a lady opens the door and points to the sign in front. She then comes up to my car and tells me to park elsewhere. I tell her I tried, but she looks around and says there is a spot next to her car two spots away from me. There are clearly four empty parking spaces around me, and she decides that the spot I am at, is ONLY for her insurance. HELL NAW. But because I am a decent person I gave her, her spot and within the 1 hr I was waiting outside for my friend, who was at the hair salon next door, not a single other car came. THE PARKING IS FOR BUSINESS PARKING. Let it be for your business or not, it is for customers. The DISRESPECT she has for other businesses customers. SMH. If she was busy I would completely UNDERSTAND, but it was not the case. This is what she gets for being that way. Who knows how many other customers she has done this to. Am I being petty maybe, just maybe.

Comments regarding parking are from past customers of departed business of 3 months.These are not accurate or truthful. Sadly these comments stay forever. The parking is limited to two per unit making it very difficult for all tenents. I wasn't going to reply, but it may be in best interest of all current tenants and customers. Life is short, be blessed.

Women made me move parking even though parking is clearly for customers for every business. I wouldn’t trust her to deal with my insurance if she is acting very immature over a parking spot.
