I was not prepared to make plans for my husband’s funeral as he was a very active, healthy man who loved life. From the moment I called the funeral home I found them compassionate and respectful. They waited until my children arrived at the hospice house to say their final goodbyes before they picked him up. Going into the funeral home was very difficult, but Jeff and Zeth were very kind walking us through all of the details. They helped our family make the decisions that I had hoped my husband could have made, way off in the future. Any questions that arose, Zeth was always a phone call away. The slide show he made of my husband’s adventures truly showed that part of him that was loved by so many people. Zeth laughed and cried with us when we were watching it together. From beginning to end they handled every part of the wake and funeral with such dignity, respect and compassion. Final words that I can say is THANK YOU.

Let me just say this funeral home has my respect. I went today to pick up my step dads ashes and the welcome feeling was wonderful. I felt like I could chat all day. Wonderful young man I am embarrassed to say I forgot his name I think it's Zeb. Anyway omg felt like I knew him forever. I will say this place dealt with my disfuncunal family with respect. Thank you thank you a million times over. Wish we met on different circumstances.

Our experience at F.S. Roberts and Son in the services for our husband/step-father was wonderful. Through an extremely challenging time, Jeff and Zeth could not have been better to work with. They provided genuine support, guidance and direction, while respectfully sharing in both our tears and laughter throughout the process. Two songs were requested, and only one able to be played at the church. Zeth went above and beyond, ensuring we knew that en route to the crematorium, both songs were being played in the hearse. Every step of the way, things were heartfelt and extremely well planned. Thank you Jeff and Zeth.

When my mom passed away Jeff, Dana and the staff were right there handling every detail. I love the home-like atmosphere of the funeral home; it is a beautiful building with intricate detail and the grounds are perfectly manicured. I cannot thank Jeff and Dana enough for their compassion and professionalism. They made a very sad and heart breaking time for our family one that was much more bearable. My mom looked beautiful as she had in her younger years and totally at peace. Thank you so much Jeff, Dana and staff.

We cannot thank Jeff and Zeth enough for the wonderful handling of the funeral for our husband and grandfather, Tom. When we visited the funeral home, after his death, we met with Zeth and he treated us like family from the moment we walked in.
