I went to court and adopted my son back in 2019 and found out the end of 2023 that no one sent the paperwork to Nashville. This means my son still doesn’t have the same last name as me, my name isn’t on his birth certificate, and I can’t get his birth certificate or social security. I’ve called for a month now. Him and his assistant tells me at the end of the conversation they’re going to get on it but they act like they don’t know who I am every time I call. I called just a few minutes ago and was told he is talking to a current client. Apparently he doesn’t care about his first clients only his new ones. I do not recommend this guy whatsoever
