My opinion...two words...STAY AWAY! No relevance to outcome but, competence. BEWARE! And specifically, DO NOT use Barry Kaurfman as an Arbiter. How he got a law degree let alone a named partner befuddles me. You've been warned.

Kaurfman flubbed even the most basic of divorce principles, equitable distribution only considering the house and contents of the house. No cars, bank accounts, investment accounts, business assets, commingling...you get the idea. Determined my ex got the house only because she is the only one on the title even though we moved in together, owned a business together where she acknowledged we shared the profits "equally" and acknowledged that from the beginning we shared expenses of the house "jointly". Just a disgrace!
