Stacy and all the staff here are super friendly! Anything you need help with, they get you taken care of. Storages were great and the moving trucks came in handy. Highly recommend this place for your storage and moving needs.

I would give this place more stars , and at the same time less stars. More stars , because the older lady that works there is one of the kindest people I've met. I pulled at at 5:25 on a Friday and told her I'd come back tomorrow because it was close to closing time . She told me not to worry about it , proceeded to help me and get me in a unit. Truly an amazing woman she deserves a raise. Now for the less stars. I don't know the woman's name but she worked there on Saturday. A younger woman . I showed up right before closing time ( didn't know or check what time they closed on Saturday) told her I was trying to get the moving truck . Told me no she couldn't because it was almost closing time . Not closing time but close to closing , she was real rude and in a hurry to just close and leave . I'd give it no stars but the 1st woman is what actually saved this place a horrible review

Management/Leasing teams are most helpful and very knowledgeable about their business. Management shared wonderful life hacks that I’ve successfully and gratefully applied since my recent storage experience. The property is amazingly clean and well maintained. I feel very safe while entering the facility.

Courteous staff and very willing to help. On 2 separate occasions I needed the office to stay open later than normal and I didn't even have to ask, they offered without hesitation and allowed me to use their moving truck free of charge. They definitely take professionalism to the next level. Highly recommended and completely satisfied with their service. Other companies could learn a lot from the way they go to business.

Stacy is absolutely the best! She’s more than just a manager—she’s like a friend and always goes above and beyond to help with anything I need. She’s truly my Bestie and the sweetest person ever. I also spoke with Courtney today and she was wonderful as well—so kind and helpful. The whole team here makes everything easy and stress-free. I couldn’t ask for a better storage place or better people to work with. Highly recommend!

I had to get a last min storage and I found tellus self storage and it turn out to be amazing. Stacy helped out through out the whole process. I should had listen to her when she recommended a 10’X20’, I ended up getting a 10’X15’. I had to come back and get a second unit which ended up being a 5’X10’. Stacy was polite and always greeted me with a smile. Her customers service skills are top tier for me. If I ever need another storage unit I’ll be coming back here.

I had rented a unit a few yrs back with no issue which is the reason I was going back to use their facility. However, after securing a unit (due to domestic violence) I wasn't able to pay movers to bring my belongings to Forney. I had already secured the unit 7/24 58.00 for the rest of the month. Usually storage facilities give a month before another payment is due. Bit, this facility charged my unemployment card again on the 6th for 130.00. Once I found out ( 1 day later) I was advised due to company policy I was out of my 130 when it was charged at the beginning of the month and I hadn't stepped foot on the property which I think is extremely unfair for a mother of 4 , trying to flee a toxic environment. I'm utterly heartbroken they were not empathetic to my situation.
