I was down for the count to pursue my claim after having three attorneys whom basically did nothing. The third attorney threw me under the proverbial bus at my Workers’ Compensation hearing to get in and out of my claim to collect a quick minimal fee.

Upon making several inquiries for an attorney to file an appeal to the Circuit Court in my claim, I was informed by an insurance defense attorney that Mr. Ehudin was truly an aggressive and tough attorney who is dedicated to maximizing his clients’ claims for the best possible outcome. Attorney Ehudin filed an appeal in my claim to the Circuit Court and he personally handled every aspect of my claim unlike most attorneys who use a secretary or paralegal to handle (more-so mishandle) the claims as with my first three attorneys.

In advance of my Circuit Court jury trial, Attorney Ehudin scheduled my claim for mediation to hopefully settle my claim with my employer’s insurance company (insurer). The insurer’s initial offer during the mediation was an insult to my plethora of injuries and ongoing pain and suffering for two years. Attorney Ehudin maintained a strong and steadfast position, without wavering in the least, as to a firm settlement amount. The mediation process was approximately four hours and Attorney Ehudin not only obtained a substantial settlement in my claim but also had the insurer agree to pay all of my medical expenses through the date of the mediation.

If there was one thing I could change in my worker’s compensation claim, it would be to initially retain legal representation by Attorney Ted Ehudin.

To date, I have continued to consult Attorney Ehudin for his sound advice on any and all legal affairs and matters.
