I would not refer anyone to Steven Frazier. I had to take off work to go to court to reschedule for him. When he could have made a phone call and done it himself. I asked him to request all evidence against me to review the bodycam footage from the officer. He told me we would deal with that when we went to court. He did not have my best interest in mind. He wanted the case to be over with as fast as possible. He did nothing in my favor. I told him my 4th amendment was violated and he did nothing. Thanks for noting and taking my money.

I cannot tell you how horrible this man is!! He is evil! I hired him to help with my moms probate, he “stole” 2000 dollars, did not lift a finger, would not answer calls, and when I went to ask him about it he lied to my face!! Nothing more than a 2 bit crook! Would not give me a dime back! I had to hire a new attorney. Complete waste of space!

Worse lawyer EVER. Told me he would help me then lied to me FORCED me to agree to a parenting plan then told me it wasn’t a final plan turns out it was. Didn’t hear from him after saying we would be going to court and going for back pay on my ex because I financially and physically took care of our son by myself for 18 months. He forced me to sign on 50/50 then made me lose hundreds of dollars on mediation and backup support, so now I’m fighting with a new lawyer and actually getting stuff done. Not to mention this guys charges 5,000$ for NOTHING and is LAZY. Not to mention he’s sexist against women..Worse lawyer out there if you want a good custody lawyer go to PG and cook in Johnson city tn.

I go there tell him my situation about divorce.H e says it's about $4,000 just for retainer fee. I can make payments so I give him $1,000 and I have no response from him in 3 weeks of what's going on so I told him I don't need him as a lawyer. You walk in the place is a mess not kept up whatsoever very disappointed.

This guy actually stole $2000.00 from my wife when she hired him to help with her late mother’s estate. He took the 2k and then wouldn’t lift a finger to do his job. He knew we were from out of town and preyed on my wife’s vulnerability. Can’t say enough bad things about this crook! Please don’t let him steal your money!

I agree with the review that mr Frazier took a 3500$ retainer up front told me he could get me the custody I asked for. He shows up to court an fell asleep in the waiting room! Very unprofessional I asked to move a case to a diff county which is my right an he replied to why do u want to do that? He wouldn’t answer my ?. I had an emergency come up an Mr Frazier an his so called secretary who never works In the office never returned my calls it’s been over 2weeks! I could have been arrested! I advise the secretary that I will fire him an have no choice bc I need counsel now! They wanted to set up a in office appointment just to charge me more out of the retainer when he hasnt done his job. He talks in circles about anything but what u want or need to hear. His office doesn’t even look professional it’s a hole in the wall with no secretary. It looks like a construction site! Bc it is. Word of mouth advertising can make or break you I should have read the review bc I too got ripped off regarding this his case an now I’m out 3500$ plus 300$ an hour. All we was to him was another statistic. This is the 2nd attorney that has ripped me off on a case regarding my children! Sara Larkin was the other. You will be sorry if u hire this so call attorney. He has been reported to the bar association but is still practicing he has no practice with child custody only 4cases. He wouldn’t even defend me in court his reply was “I thought u all we’re in a agreement” so he wouldn’t have to do his job an take us for a ride stating that mediation would take atleast 3hrs an cost 300 a hour just to see how much money we had to work with. How is it he can tell someone the outcome before they get there just goes to show you can pay for anything this day an time if u have enough money!
