Buyer beware! We took a HUGE leap of faith letting Schedule Engine be the first contact with our customers, the people who set the stage for the relationship we are trying to build with our customers. When we signed up we were promised that we could move to a lower tier if it wasn’t working out for whatever reason. Turns out, it didn’t work out so well. We were getting complaints left and right from customers. We even lost a couple of really good customers. When we tried to move to a lower tier to limit them to answering our phones after business hours only we were told we were stuck in a 3000 minute per month contract. Even after providing proof that we were told by their salesperson we could move down if we needed to. So now we’re stuck paying them thousands of dollars a month for a couple of hours a day. Lost customers, lost money and lost time. Run away!

Schedule engine charges a fortune based on empty promises and because you are required to have a contract with them they insist you keep paying for their terrible service. They generally will not answer the phone before your customer gets tired of waiting and just hangs up. We just missed 6 leads this morning during a cold snap where we have technicians on stand by. The chat box they have on your website to interact with your customers doesn't respond in time either; no customer is going to wait over 5 minutes for a response from a chat box. Schedule engine has ruined our google guaranteed response rating and cost us a fortune in missed opportunities and squandered, expensive, paid google leads. If you own a home service company I highly recommend you stay away from schedule engine.
I have attached photos of our call log this morning. Every single one of these the customer hung up after waiting on hold, you can see how long they waited before hanging up in the pictures.

On the sales call they promise the world, in reality they are not accountable and DO NOT care about your business.
Currently they are leaving our customers on hold for as long as 7 and a 1/2 minutes, losing multiple customers as a result, still charging top dollar to kill your reputation for fast reliable service.
Do not hire these guys unless you wanna pay to hurt your business, learn from my mistake.

I've had numerous calls scheduled with their sales team. I use Service Titan and they endorsed these clowns. Well, if you can't even get back to me for a sales call, I can ONLY imagine how it's going to be if I actually signed up. Based on the numerous 1 star reviews, this company is not equipped to managed services. They oversell themselves online but cannot manage the workloads when the time comes. If I were you, I'd look at another solution until this company can get is stuff together or they're bought out by an entity who can fix things.

Absolutely not. Do not do it. If you like upset customers, maybe this is for you. We used this software for about a month. We gave it a good go and even provided feedback to our account manager on how to better represent our business. But we can no longer stand to use this company.

They say that their CSRs are trained in your specific line of work but let me tell you they are NOT. All we got out of this was angry customers and a bad reputation. I wish I would have never signed up with them because now getting out of the contract is a worse nightmare than their ability to schedule appointments!
SERIOUSLY DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Today has been one of the worst days in the life of our business. We are fielding hundreds and hundreds of calls and this call center hasn't answered any of them, instead when the call flips to the call center, it is put on hold until the customer drops. We have tested our system, which works and this call center is not answering our calls. We tested to see how long the wait time would be and it was for over 24 minutes. This is a way to sink an emergency business. In addition, when we call the Schedule Engine main number it is says no one is available to answer the call. Also, I have submitted several emails, tickets to no avail or response. I contacted Service Titan and they said they don't know how to help.

I work with a digital marketing agency and these guys are a great solution for online booking. If you are looking for something more dynamic then a basic WordPress form but less complicated then a fully custom form that you need to maintain, this is it. Have seen many happy clients in the home services field in particular. Smaller growing businesses and massive companies alike, great solution for all.

And their support is great, directly with a client or on my case with the marketing agency.

This tool is great, it allows our customers to schedule themselves online in an open appointment slot. The tool took a while to set up properly but the schedule engine team stayed on top of it until everything was running smoothly.

Go up
