Bad as it can be. I was suppose to meet for first time with Azalea Rep. to show me around she never showed up even though she call to confirm appt. day before I was trying to find better Medicare Advantage Plan & Orthopedic that goes there ,well, they are all false advertising all you get is APRN calling themselves Specialist always check their NPI #. The transportation took 45 min. to get me there I only live 35 blocks away one elevator was broken place pack with lots of patients with Walkers, when i finally made it 2nd floor had to ask some employees who to see standing with my cane and bad knees never offer me a seat instead try to get rid of me. Azalea try over phone convince me Pain Management is same as Orthopedic which they don't have , same as other Clinics all they have is AP/RN they don't have a Degree not even as MD but I know better. Transportation man only nice person call me an Uber to bring me back home since my driver was all the way in Miami Beach. I decided to stay with my present Clinic & HMO others didn't offer any better for Advantage Plans Medicare only.

This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. My mother has been a patient here for about 2 years and there has always ALWAYS been an issue with this clinic. Dr. Y Fernandez, came an hour late and was very rude when she attended my mother, spoke to her in doctor language to where my mother didn’t understand anything she was saying. As I was asking her questions she responded in a very rude manner and never apologized for having us wait an hour for her. Also appointments are made without any notice, then when I get a call to confirm appointments, they never know what the appointment is for. The whole 2 years my mother has been here, they have been highly inconsiderate and they have gaslighted her.

What a terrible experience it has been to be a patient at this clinic! My PCP was changed without prior notification and the new PCP refuses to give me a medication that I have been taking for years and that if I stop taking it suddenly may cause seizures. They claimed to give me a referral to another doctor that could help. But they didn't have appointments for more than a month,90% of their staff is incompetent, not helpful and DO NOT speak English. I was trying to resolve my issue for more than 2 hours and they kept giving me the run around. I definitely DO NOT recommend this clinic to anyone. I am never going back there again.

What a horrid service from what was once a very service-oriented organization. Not sure if they are in a process of saving money but the people are totally disorganized and truly incompetent. I have left 8 messages to have a call back from the nurse assistant to my elderly relative who has been a member for years now, and absolutely no response. There is a complete disregard for members services who are not able to visit the clinic and need inhome care. Such a ripoff

DO NOT COME HERE. SHAMEFUL. My grandmother went here to get a second opinion from this doctor whom is so highly recommend by the television. SHE WAITED 3 HOURS AND WAS NOT SEEN. The office was empty and the doctor saw one patient as my grandma waited so patiently while in pain due to her arthritis. My grandma was told the doctor was waiting for an xray scan and then he stepped out of the office. My grandma was tired of waiting and when she decided to leave they called her so the doctor could speak to her. AFTER SHE LEFT! This place is a joke, the doctor is very unprofessional for not knowing how to maintain a flow of seeing elderly patients. DO NOT COME HERE THIS PLACE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

What is happening with this place transportation system?
On Tuesday and Wednesday my husband had doctor's appointment at this location.
Both times we called and were told he has no transportation.
Please place your transportation system back on track!

I arrived at the clinic looking for information for some clients and the attention was terrible, the girl who attended me on the 3rd floor hardly even looked at me, she was annoyed and talking on the phone. When she knew how to attend me, she took me to the office of a case manager who His attention was worse, he did not answer my question, but rather he discharged his bad attention, I hope I never return.

Horrible service.......you call and leave messages for the Dr and never get a call back.
And the poor excuse is that the new answering service is not doing the job.
I had to change my mother to Leon, and the service there has been wonderful.
