I've had a good experience so far.i never really talked to any of the attorneys rather i always get in touch with Leslie which by the way she shows respect to her work and is very professional with both her work and clients. she never once made me feel unwelcomed or in doubt about my case. she explains although a bit fast it's all very nice and clear. she also was there and tried to be as helpful as possible even when i felt like my questions were silly. one thing i liked in particular was her attitude even though it's over the phone you can tell she has a very joyful voice not once did she answer with an attitude or a grumpy voice i also liked that she would ask me after every legal document was read that if i had any questions. just a very polite young woman always greeting you and saying her goodbyes. she definitely deserves a raise she makes the company look great. as you can see i was more impressed with their legal assistant Leslie rather then the work the attorney's did for me however i like this law firm and all the hard work the attorney(s) have done for me and my family it's just i would of loved to have the same impact with the actual attorney's. for anyone looking for an Immigration attorney i highly recommend this law firm.

Absolute 5 star review for the Jurado Firm. Carlos and Whitney are fantastic attorneys who helped my husband immigrate to the United States. We are so happy that we had experts guiding us through this lengthy and complicated process! They were incredibly responsive and always took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had. They are genuinely wonderful people. Highly recommend this firm.

I will like to take the time and thank my legal assistant Alondra Rios for always communicating with me and explaining with detail all the instructions and information I need to now, even tho I have millions of questions Mrs.Rios always have an answer to all my concerns, I even like how much time she takes to give me full detail’s, Mrs.Rios always makes sure I understand everything before we end are conversation, I also like how Mrs.Rios pays close attention to my thoughts and concerns, I am very satisfied with the Jurado Firm family always with a positive outlook, I will always recommend the law firm.

Not going to give a full 5 star because I'm not completely done with using their services. So far my husband and I are barely getting his 1st application completed but what I've been dissatisfied with throughout this whole process is that I have had to contact them any time I need updates or basically to remind them hey I'm waiting for you to get back to me like you said you would. Now today I've gotten back documents that we need to sign and I've given the correct information to 2 different assistants on two different occasions and I made sure I took my time to write all of it out correctly and even today I am getting back a document with plenty of small but important things spelled wrong and address incorrectly. So that doesn't make me pleased sp far... we will just have to see what ends up happening and then I might be able to change my rating to a better one but so far the assistants, I am calling them and not getting contacted much until I bug a lot
