Kim is extremely professional and reliable. We operate a Real Estate Investment business in Virginia and Georgia. I reached out to Kim because we had a benign outdated lien holders who were very elderly that needed to sign a RE conveyance Deed form.
We skipped traced the Owners names for days with no number but were able to scrape up, what we believed to be, the correct address.

On a whim we reached out to Googled Notary 'Kim's Mobile Notary Service' and it was truly a God Send.
Kim Picked up the phone and with the highest level of customer service began to take note of the peculiar scenario.

Kim was able to go to the address and ultimately cold knock and engage and explain to the elderly couple the Old Note that they had been paid back on almost 15 years ago but never released Lien.

Kim showed a level of interpersonal skills that was phenomenal. By the end of the service the elderly Lady was asking for Kim's card because She Too was super impressed!

We would refer friends and family but definitely not competition--she's too good for them. LOL J/K.
